Is the quote really fixed?
Yes. The number we send you is the number you pay, provided the job is what we discussed. If we open a wall and find something we genuinely couldn't have known about, we stop, show you, and agree the difference in writing before going further — never after.
Can you handle multiple trades in one visit?
Yes. Hitesh covers plumbing, electrics, painting, hanging and appliance work himself, so a list of jobs can usually be done in one visit. Gas work is Gas Safe registered — that is included when the job needs it.
How quickly can you come out?
Most non-urgent jobs are booked the same week when the diary allows. For urgent issues — live leaks, a tripped circuit you can't reset, a lock that won't lock — Hitesh prioritises them when he is available across North West London & Harrow.
Do you guarantee the work?
Yes — a 30-day workmanship guarantee in writing on every job. If anything we've fixed fails inside those 30 days, we come back and put it right at no charge.
Do you cover landlords and letting agents?
Yes — a meaningful slice of our work is turnover, snagging and reactive maintenance for landlords and agents. We can hold keys, deal directly with tenants, and email a photographed report after every visit.
How do you price small jobs?
By the half-day or day, with a transparent rate sent before booking. For lists of small jobs that's almost always cheaper than paying multiple separate callouts. If a single small fix is genuinely better suited to a one-hour callout, we'll tell you up front.
What payment methods do you take?
Payment method confirmed when you book. We do not list wallets or deposit rules here until confirmed.
Which appliance brands do you service?
Bosch, Siemens, Hotpoint, Beko, Zanussi, AEG, LG, Whirlpool, Indesit, Miele and most other major brands. If yours isn’t listed, ask — Hitesh likely still services it.
