Which brands do you repair?
Bosch, Hotpoint, Samsung, LG, Miele, Whirlpool, Indesit, Beko, AEG, Zanussi, Electrolux and most other major brands. Electrolux Group machines (AEG, Zanussi, Electrolux) are a particular strength.
How much does a visit cost?
Call-out is £90–£150 depending on your postcode. That visit charge covers labour for the diagnosis and repair on the day. Parts are quoted before they are fitted. If a part has to be ordered, there is no second call-out charge when Hitesh returns to fit it.
Can it be fixed in one visit?
Often yes — pumps, belts, brushes, locks and seals are stocked for common models. If a part must be ordered, you get a clear price and a return date.
Repair or replace?
If the machine is older and the repair approaches half the cost of a like-for-like replacement, you will hear that straight — including the option to supply and install a new machine.
Integrated machines?
Yes. Extra time to remove and refit the housing is allowed for in the quote, not added as a surprise on the day.
