Main hours are Mon–Fri 8am–6pm and Sat 8am–1pm (Sun closed). Urgent jobs are prioritised within those hours when Hitesh is available. Exact out-of-hours cover is confirmed when you call — we do not invent a standing 24/7 promise on this page.

Same call-out band £90–£150 by area unless you are told otherwise when you book. You get the price before travel wherever practical.
What should I do while waiting?
