From YTS apprentice to the man in your kitchen.
Hitesh started on a YTS placement with the Prince’s Trust as a mechanic, then moved into car audio, then work as a lift engineer. From there he went into appliance repair — trained by Electrolux UK and employed by them until 2013 — before going independent.
The limited company was incorporated in 2008 (as Handyman Hitesh Ltd, later renamed Maintain It Ltd). The work today is still the same person: appliance repairs, plumbing and gas work under Gas Safe registration, and the wider home-maintenance list landlords and busy households keep asking for.
