Why we do not cover all London.
Plenty of maintenance companies advertise across the whole city and then subcontract the work to whoever is nearest. That is how you end up with a different stranger every visit and nobody who remembers your boiler.
We stay inside NW and HA because it means a same-day emergency is actually possible, a return visit costs us twenty minutes rather than a morning, and the person who fixed it last time is the person who picks up the phone.
